Typed, single- or double-spaced, securely bound with binder clip (no loose pages). MS must include a top cover page (with author's name, address, phone number, and MS title) and title page (title only, no name of author). Also include table of contents and acknowledgments page listing published poems. No dot-matrix output. No electronic submissions.

Contest Judge:   Submissions are blind-judged first by a panel of screening judges, then by a nationally known poet serving as final judge.
